This elegant and emblematic estate with its typical charm of old Mallorcan houses was built in 1940 and later renovated. Its rooms are oriented to accommodate all its guests in a very cozy way, offering them absolute comfort and a lot of privacy.
The estate welcomes us with an impressive two-storey building in colourful terracotta tones. It is a building with a rustic architectural style with the great details that give it that very Mallorcan "foravilla" style. Its traditional style that uses arches, porches with wooden beams, and finishes in Santanyí stone makes it a romantic and emblematic place.
The Mediterranean-style garden is set with a great variety of trees and plants, giving it a very particular charm and colour. Located on the ground floor is a beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool with a separate children's area that makes it ideal for babies or small children to splash around in. At the back of this idyllic garden there is a beautiful gazebo.
The property has two entrances with automatic gates.
At the front of the house there is a large terrace shaded by a beautiful bougainvillea.
